摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety by drawing a first wire of a pair of wires connected to a locking mechanism, disengaging engagement of each lever, drawing the second wire, and unlocking the mechanism. SOLUTION: In the locking mechanism for a downward laser plummet instrument mounting structure, a second lever 10 out of first and second levers 9, 10 is connected to a locking unit 8, and first and second wires 30, 31 are respectively connected to the levers 9, 10. Then, the wire 30 is drawn to disengage engagement of the levers 9, 10, and the wire 31 is drawn so that the lever 10 is rotated to unlock the locking mechanism.
