摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time for updating operation and the time for preparing and transmitting data by automating the update of a customer information managing DB through the use of an information program and a communication equipment so as to unnecessitate human intervention for updating the DB. SOLUTION: When an operator instructs the execution of correcting the OS 52 or an AP 53 of a customer system or adding a new AP from an inputting device 32, a correction executing program 54 stored in a disk 50 is read to be started. The program 54 reads AP data 20 from a correction medium 1 execute the correction and adding of an OS or an AP. After finishing this operation, an information program 10 is automatically executed from the medium 1 and after preparing customer system characteristic information 41 on a ROM 40 and constituting information 51 updated by collect-editing customer system constituting information 51 on the disk 50, they are transmitted by way of communication equipments 31 and 61. The received customer information managing system 60 executes a customer information managing DB updating program to update customer information managing DB 62.</p>
