PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical double loop management switch circuit reduced in interference of system operations. SOLUTION: Nodes 8 having a communication module 7 are connected through an optical fiber 9 and only one ring master node 10 is in existence in the nodes 8. A node 8 transmits a control signal with an address of its own node added thereto to its adjacent node 8, and then the adjacent node 8 confirms the connection of the node 8 adjacent to the adjacent node 8, the adjacent node 8 stores a node address of the first node 8, and informs the ring master node 10 about the confirmed connection together with the node address of the adjacent node by means of a frame. Thus, the node can inform the ring master node 10 about the confirmation of the adjacent node without giving adverse effect on the system operation. |
