PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make contact wearing markedly reducible between a shaft member and a bearing member, with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This constitution is formed, such that by providing a tilt guide surface 13 in the opening edge part of a dynamic pressure generating groove 11, a lubricating fluid stagnated only therein at rotation stop time is allowed to immediately flow out to the side of a land part 12 through the tilt guide surface 13 together with starting of rotation of a shaft member and a bearing member, so as to generate a floating force between the shaft member and the bearing member through wedge film action of the tilt guide surface 13. In this way, wearing of both the members is suppressed to a minimum limit, by avoiding a contact condition between the shaft member and the bearing member from just after starting of rotation. |
