PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure to sufficiently reduce size in a radial direction even when a radial roller bearing and a radial ball bearing are used as a pair of support bearings and lives for the two bearings are equalized with each other. SOLUTION: A radial ball bearihg 10 is situated at the peripheral part of a fit-in hole part 13 being an end part on the side where the inside diameter of a sleeve 8 is small. A margin on thickness in the direction of diameter is left at the part on the outside side of the fit-in hole part 13 of the sleeve 8. Thereby, even when the sleeve 8 is decreased in an outside diameter, the thickness of the sleeve 8 is not decreased at a part where the radial ball bearing 10 is situated and the size in the direction of a diameter of a pulley device is sufficiently decreased.
