PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas continuity unit capable of performing maintenance easily at a low cost. SOLUTION: A capillary tube (inner pipe) 30 having a fine diameter is inserted in the hollow part of a stainless steel pipe (outer pipe) 20 in a freely detachable manner, and a heater wire (heating means) is arranged around the stainless steel pipe 20 to heat the gas passing through the capillary tube 30. One end parts of the stainless steel pipe 20 and the capillary tube 30 are supported in a detachable manner by a support member 40 to appropriately replace the capillary tube 30.
