PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for detecting biological effect. SOLUTION: A sensor layer 3 detects the biological effect of a diffusion- control matrix and a substance comprising sensors 7 suspended in the matrix. The matrix is agarose, polyacrylate or a mucous gel and the sensors 7 are procaryotic or eucaryotic cells, cell-level fine particles, enzyme, antibodies, fluorescence sensors or indicator pigments. |
