PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade executability at a job site by providing an opening or a recess on a floor, a wall of the like of a bathroom unit, mounting an outer case for surrounding a warm water tank in the opening or the recess, and watertightly blocking the opening or the recess with the case. SOLUTION: A warm water tank body 6 surrounded by an outer case 7 is inserted from above into either right or left opening (inspecting portion) 3, and the inspecting port 3 is watertightly covered with the case 7. That is, a heater is provided in the body 6 in which a heat insulator 6a is wound on its outer periphery so that hot water can be heat insulated in the body 6, and the outer periphery of the body 6 is surrounded by the case 7 made of a lower cover 8 and an upper cover 9. The covers 8, 9 for constituting the case 7 is watertightly integrated by bolts 12 and a packing 13, and the body 6 is protected by the case 7. The body 6 is transported to a job site in the state that the body 6 is scarcely damaged when transported, inserted from above into either right or left port 3 of a waterproofing pan 2, and installed. |
