PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance assembling workability without increasing a product cost. SOLUTION: A guide plate 61 on which an arc part 61c serving as a part of a bearing hole 63 is formed is provided on the outer surface of an electric connection box 51. A protruded piece 69 inserted in a through hole 65 opened in the electric connection box 51 to form the bearing hole 63 by abutting on the guide plate 61 is raised on a wiring plate 67 to be stored inside the electric connection box 51. A locking member 71 energized in a lock releasing direction by a spring member 91 to be mounted with a pivot 77 formed so as to be engaged with the bearing hole 63 is freely turnably supported by the guide plate 61.
