PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a piezoelectric actuator, the moving body of which can easily make reciprocating motions and which can be constituted even in a very small size, and then the manufacturing cost of which can be reduced markedly. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator 10 is constituted of a movable plate 110 and a base 130. The movable plate 110 is constituted, in such a structure that a moving body 121 is supported by four support springs 112. On the moving body 121, additionally, displacing mechanism sections 126 each of which is composed of a long side section connected to the free end of the body 121 and shorter side sections connected to the moving body 121 are formed in the advancing direction (X-direction) of the body 121. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the actuator 100 can be reduced markedly, because the number of part items can be reduced. In addition, a required moving function can be realized, because the contact between the moving body 121 and base 130 is maintained constant. |
