PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new sound effect improving method for a speaker which adequaterly control vibration generated by an enclosure and makes the speaker stand itself reproducing an excellent sound. SOLUTION: After soundboard parts 3, 3, and 3 which are set to a specific length in thickness cross section are arranged vertically on a specific plane at three places on the top surface of a base board 2 and united, the bottom surface of the enclosure 4 is supported in direct contact on the free end surfaces of their upper ends to make it easy for vibration from the enclosure 4 to conduct directly to the individual soundboard parts 3, 3, and 3 and while the sounding of the soundboard parts 3, 3, and 3 by the propagated vibration is excited by respective free end structures, the vibration propagated to the soundboard parts 3, 3, and 3 and vibration generated by the enclosure 4 into the circumferential space of the soundboard parts 3, 3, and 3 and directed to desired optimum directions according to the previously set plane arrangement of the individual soundboard parts 3, 3, and 3.
