PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing Ni-Cu-Zn ferrite powder excellent in sintering property at a low temperature, and a method for manufacturing a laminated chip inductor by using the ferrite powder. SOLUTION: In a method manufacturing soft magnetic ferrite powder whose main component is Fe, Ni, Cu and Zn, a process wherein organic additive is made to exist in slurry containing a calcinated object of material powder and water is installed. As the organic additive, organic compound having hydroxyl group and carboxyl group, or neutralization salt of the organic compound, or lactone of the organic compound is used. As another way, organic compound having hydroxymethyl carbonyl group, or organic compound having enol type hydroxyl group which can be dissocitated as acid, or neutralization salt of the organic compound is used. |
