PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lens barrel which enables easy and secure focus adjustment and is shock- and vibration resistant. SOLUTION: When optical adjustment is made by parallel eccentric adjustment through a lens group 11 that a lens frame 12 holds, an adjusting tool can easily be installed since the lens frame 12 is arranged at the endmost part of the whole lens barrel, and an adjusting person is able to accurately make the parallel eccentricity adjustment by the lens frame 12 while always conducting visual confirmation. Further, the connection part between the lens frame 12 and a focus fixed lens barrel 14 is fixed by a fixing member 17 through an elastic member 16 at the positions of a plurality of through holes bored in the orthogonal surface of the optical axis of the fixed lens barrel 14, so the fixed member 17 is temporarily fixed and a load which is constant along the optical axis is generated by the elastic member 16 to make accurate adjustment with an arbitrary adjustment quantity while excluding the influence of the gravitational force applied to the lens frame 12. After the adjustment is completed, the fixed member 17 is clamped permanently up to the position where the elastic force of the elastic member 16 does not operate so that the lens frame 12 can rigidly be fixed to the focus fixed lens barrel 14.
