The clamp consists of a material strip which is shaped into an annular holder body and whose ends are bent to form flanges which can be pulled together by a clamp screw. An inlay (10) made of an elastic material is provided and rests against the inner side (3) of the holder body. The side edges of the holder body hold the inlay in place. Hollow chambers (5) are provided in the inlay. The hollow chambers are provided inside the inlay and are arranged in rows and spaced equally apart from one another.
