The fixing and tensioning device has a control device on the printing cylinder (1), which consists of a hydraulic working cylinder to turn the tensioning shaft (2) via a rack and pinion; and a hydraulic system to supply hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic working cylinder. The hydraulic system is controlled manually.
