SUBSTANCE: power plant has steam turbine with heating-steam bleedoffs, main heating- system heaters whose line carrying medium being heated is connected to heating-system pipeline and that conveying heating medium, to heat bleedoffs, peak water boiler, heating-network makeup water pipeline connected to heating-system pipeline upstream of main heating-system heaters, feedwater pipeline running to steam boilers and connected to feedwater deaerator; peak water boiler is connected to heating-system pipeline downstream of main heating-system heaters through water-cooled surface heat exchanger whose heating-medium line is connected to closed-loop pipelines of water boiler whose makeup-water pipeline is connected to feedwater pipeline downstream of feedwater deaerator and to closed-loop pipelines upstream of circulating pump of this loop.
