PURPOSE:To improve operability by displaying an application icon when a picture input device becomes an operation possible state. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply switch 13 is turned on and power is supplied from a power supplying part 12, a video camera 5 sets initialization and informs CPU 1 of operation state information. Then, a state is checked, CPU 1 reads previously stored icon data for television conference application program from RAM 10 at the time of the operation possible state, transfers it to a monitor display picture memory 3 as the program icon, displays it in a monitor 2 and ends after a system ends. Unless the system ends, an above operations are repeated. At the time of the operation impossible state, CPU 1 transfers data for eliminating icon data to the memory 3 so as to eliminate it from the monitor 2. Unless operation state information from the camera 5 is received, the operation is immediately ended. Thus, the operability of an information processor is improved. |
