Related information are generated for storing by learning in accordance with estimated camera movement information data expressing the movement of a video camera which is detected from required image signals picked up by the video camera and camera movement information data expressing the movement of the video camera which is obtained by a sensor for detecting the physical movement of the video camera simultaneously with the pickup of the required image signals. The estimated camera movement information data corresponding to input image signals are detected from the input image signals and, in accordance with the detected estimated camera movement information data and the related information, predicted camera movement information corresponding to the input image signals are generated and shaking signals for shaking an object are generated in accordance with the predicted camera movement information. The above processes can generate shaking data simply and at a low cost in accordance with existing image resources.
