PURPOSE: A novel pill drug is provided, shows good prevention and treating effect on arthritis, and can be taken easily in an adequate quantity. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of pill drug comprises of: drying Atractylodis Rhizoma, Ephedra Herba, Aurantii Nobilis Pericarpium, Magnoliae Cortex, Plantago asiatica L., Angelica gigantis Radix, dried Zingiberis Rhizoma, Paeonia lactiflora Bunge, white Hoelen, Cnidii Rhizoma, Angelica Dahuricae Radix, Pinelliae Tuber, Cinnamomi Cortex, Glycyrrhizae Radix, Carthami Flos naturally; mixing each herb medicine in equal quantity; pulverizing the herb medicine compound finely to make it to be powdered state; diluting the bile extract extracted from white bear with distilled water; adding the diluted bile extract to the powdered compound, and kneading till the adequate viscosity being maintained; and forming a ball-shaped pill with the compound.
