PURPOSE: A transparent electrode manufacturing method is provided to ensure easy manufacturing and enhance surface resistance property by performing a spin coating using high concentration transparent conductive composition and applying a controlled heat treatment process. CONSTITUTION: Transparent conductive particle, dispersion agent and dispersion solvent are mixed to prepare high concentration transparent conductive composition of 10 to 50 wt%. The conductive particle has diameter at most 150 nanometer. The resultant composition can be added with acid. The dried resultant composition is heat treated at a temperature of 200 to 800°C, reductive gas atmosphere or inactive gas atmosphere. A transparent electrode for flat display device can be manufactured with permeability of 60 to 90 % and surface resistance of 500 ohm.
