PURPOSE: An artificial fish reef forming a colony of fishes and giving fishes a space for hiding, spawning, and inhabiting is provided, that increases production of fishes and prevents illegal fishing using a trawl. CONSTITUTION: The pyramid shape of artificial fish reef(9) comprises a stair type of end parts(1), opening parts(4) on the both side of the structure that form a space(8) with the inside empty, and a hole(2) on the top central part of the structure where fish and fry are passing through. The hollowed corrugations(3) are formed inside the stair part for the fry.
