PURPOSE: A structure of a plasma display panel is provided to improve screen quality and to make manufacturing easy by adopting concave type cathode structure so that the sputtered particles are not sticked to the insulator. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a plasma display panel comprises a front panel(200) and a rear panel(210), and a plurality of discharge cell is enclosed with delta type barrier rib at the rear panel(210). A discharge cell is arranged with stripe type in a longitudinal direction at the front panel(200) in an anode(230). A cathode(270) is arranged with stripe type in a lateral direction at the rear panel(210). A first dielectric(280) is formed with the type same as the barrier rib around the cathode(270). A charged particle electrode(290) is formed near to the anode(230) with the stripe type in a later direction on the first dielectric(280). A second dielectric(300) is formed with the type same as the barrier rib covering the charged particle electrode(290). A sustain electrode is formed adjacent to the barrier rib with the type same as the barrier rib on the second dielectric(300).
