PURPOSE: A low molecular organic electroluminescence device is provided to improve characteristics such as turn-on voltage, luminance, and a life time of a low molecular an organic electroluminescence device. CONSTITUTION: A low molecular organic electroluminescence device comprises a substrate, an anode, a buffing layer, an organic thin film, and a cathode. The anode is formed on the substrate. The buffing layer is formed on an upper portion of the anode. The organic thin film is formed on an upper portion of the buffing layer. The organic thin film is formed with low molecules. The cathode is formed an upper portion of the organic thin film. The buffing layer comprises a PEDT(PolyEthylene DioxyThioPhene).
