FARNESYL TRANSFER ENZYME INHIBITOR HAVING PYRROLE STRUCTURE AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A farnesyl transfer enzyme inhibitor that does not contains any thiol group and has different special structure from farnesyl transferase inhibitors that have been known until now is provided shows an inhibitory activity against farnesyl transferase. CONSTITUTION: A compound of formula 1 having a pyrrole structural unit and capable of inhibiting farnesyl transferase, pharmaceutically acceptable salts or isomers thereof is described. In formula, A, D and B are defined in the specification. An anticancer composition containing the compound and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier thereof as an effective component is also provided.
