DATA PAD UNIT OF LIQUID CRYSTAL

摘要

PURPOSE: A data pad unit of liquid crystal is provided to prevent data pads and fan-out lines from being scratched during OLB(Outer Lead Bonding) repair. CONSTITUTION: A data pad unit of liquid crystal comprises a gate insulation film(21), data pads(22), fan-out lines(24), an ITO metal film(26) and a protect film(28). The data pads(22) and the fan-out lines(24) are covered by the ITO metal film(26) to prevent the fan-out lines(24) from being scratched by rubber for rubbing process. The data pads(22) are separated from data lines to be formed as a metal film for gate lines remained on an area to become data pads and be electrically connected to the ends of the data lines. The ITO metal film(26) is disposed on the data pads and the fan-out lines.
