发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING 3-DIMENSIONAL ERROR OF MACHINE HAVING PLURAL AXIS
摘要 PURPOSE: A three dimensional error measuring method for multiple spindle machine is provided to analyze effectively dynamic error as well as parametric error by realizing error measuring technology in three dimensional work space by computer according to a three dimensional error measuring method. CONSTITUTION: A first radius error formula(delta R=R'-R) is set up by each distance(R,R') between main spindle instruction co-ordinates(X.Y,Z) to central co-ordinates(0,0,0) of a fixed point of a kinematic ball bar and a real moving co-ordinates(X',Y',Z') for measuring three dimensional error of a multiple spindle machine having a three dimensional works space using the kinematic ball bar equipped with steel ball at the both end(S1). A first position error component formulas are made a modeling according to each spindle of three spindle with a non dimensional polynominal expression using the position error coefficients(S2). A second position error component formulas are made a modeling by backlash using backlash error quantity(bx, by, bz)(S6). A third position error component formulas are made a modeling using straightness error quantity(alpha, beta1, beta2)(S7). A three dimensional error formula is set up corresponding to kinematic arrangement(S9). A second radius error formula is set up by substituting the first, the second, the third position errors components(S10). A three dimensional error coefficients and error quantity size is calculated(S11). A three dimensional error is corrected by inputting the three dimensional error quantity calculated(S13).
