PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for soaking a sheaf of straw in water quickly for cutting an object with a sword, which improves an absorption force and prevents a bad smell and slipperiness. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a container(1) of which inlet is open for filling the bundle of straws, an airtight cover(2) having a fastening means(5), a window(22) for seeing through and a pressure reducing gauge(8), an inside cover(3) for pressing the straws, a water supply/drain means(4) comprising a water supply/drain pipe(41) and a water supply/drain locking valve(42), a vacuum inducing means(6) comprising a vacuum inducing pipe(61), a vacuum locking valve(62), and a vacuum generator(63). |
