PURPOSE: A design verification method using swift molding reduces high expense used in a permanent molding cost for component manufacture, prevents the over investment of a labor cost due to the use of assemble jig and development cost, and solves the development delay due to the extension of manufacturing time. CONSTITUTION: The design verification system using a swift molding comprises following four steps. The first step is to convert a design data into a cad data. The second step is to solidify the cad data into a three dimensional data. The third step is to make an external form data by using the solidified data, and to mold a fast molding according to the external form data. The fourth step is to assemble a swift molding, and then verify the design state. The design verification system makes the simple external form without making a metal mold, so that the manufacture is simple, the term of design is reduced, and a reliability on the product increases by verifying the maintainability and the gap.
