PURPOSE: An abdominal binder for protecting and treating lumbar vertebrae which can minimize the pain generated by wearing the abdominal binder and which has minimum thickness so that the usually used pants can be worn is provided. CONSTITUTION: An abdominal binder for use in protecting and treating of the lumbar vertebrae comprises multiple cross shaped branch tubes(40) having vertically positioned supplying tubes(41) and horizontally positioned connecting tubes(42); air elastic tubes(50) of which one end is fixed at the top and bottom of the abdominal binder(10) and which is attached to the supplying tubes(41) of the cross shaped branch tubes(40); and connecting hoses(43) having a desired length attached to each of connecting tubes(42) of the cross shaped branch tubes(40) in order to provide the communication of each of the cross shaped branch tubes(40) wherein the cross shaped branch tubes(40) are positioned along the inside center of the abdominal binder(10), multiple air elastic tubes(50) connected to the supplying tubes(41) of the cross shaped tubes(40) are separated respectively, and an elastic band(20) having elasticity in the horizontal direction is positioned at the top and bottom of the inner part of the abdominal binder(10).
