PURPOSE: A wiring reel of a terminal band in a semiconductor ship test socket is provided to prevent a camber phenomenon and a twist or torsion phenomenon by varying a diameter of a wiring reel. CONSTITUTION: A wiring reel of a terminal band in a semiconductor ship test socket comprises a multitude of support spoke(22,23), a support band(24,25), and an interval support bar(26). The support spokes is formed with a guide hole(29) in order to move a support pin(27) to a longitudinal direction of the support spokes. A both end portion located between the support spokes is cut and an elastic band(32) including a diameter control hole is located between the cut both end portion. A pin reception hole is located at a predetermined portion of an inner circumference of the elastic band in order to insert the support pin therein.
