PURPOSE: A wireless transceiver apparatus for computer and television is provided to receive audio and video signals of the computer at the television. CONSTITUTION: A wireless transceiver apparatus for computer and television includes a computer, a wireless audio/video(A/V) transmitter(30), a wireless A/V receiver(40) and a television(20). The computer receives a wireless keyboard signal and converts video data of the computer to a television signal by way of a video card included therein. The wireless A/V transmitter(30) converts the video signal from the video card and the audio signal from the audio card of the computer to a radio signal and transmits the converted signal. The wireless A/V receiver(40) receives the radio signal from the wireless A/V transmitter and restores a television signal from the received radio signal. The television(20) processes the video signal and the audio signal from the wireless A/V transmitter and outputs the processed signal through a screen and a speaker.
