PURPOSE: A pipe and a panel are provided to achieve a stabilized vacuum insulation and prevent environment pollution by allowing the pipe to be installed in a convenient way regardless of installation condition. CONSTITUTION: A pipe comprises a tie bar(5) of which one end is coupled to a nut rod(18) arranged at an interior of an end plate(17) and the other end is coupled to a coil spring(21) at an outside of an end plate(19), a seal cap(22), a heat collecting pipe(15) having a large diameter and a heat and fluid feed pipe(16) having a small diameter which are arranged in parallel with the tie bar, and an independent guide support piece(7) which is guided and supported by the tie bar and fixed to the heat collecting pipe and the heat and fluid feed pipe. The heat collecting pipe and the heat and fluid feed pipe have end portions communicated to a spiral pipe(3).
