PURPOSE: A method for generating data monitoring and controlling a charging and a discharging status of a secondary battery is provided to generate correct data by determining a charging status as a mean voltage value of a secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: A method for generating data monitoring and controlling a charging and a discharging status of a secondary battery comprises the steps of: obtaining updating a mean voltage value of a secondary battery for a predetermined period; selecting and executing any one of a charging mode, a discharging mode, and a self-discharging mode according a current value of the secondary battery; and starting a discharging mode. The process for performing discharging mode comprises the steps of: obtaining a discharging efficiency corresponding to a temperature of the secondary battery; obtaining a discharging capacity according to the passage of time; updating the discharging capacity to full charging necessary capacity of a current period; and updating the reference charging capacity of the current period to the full charging necessary capacity. |
