An apparatus and a method for manufacturing an organic electro luminescence display device are provided to remove an organic material when the organic material is deposited at a nozzle of a deposition vessel by using an organic material removing unit. In an apparatus for manufacturing an organic electro luminescence display device, a chamber(122) includes a vessel accommodating an organic material and having an opened nozzle(134) with a rectangular shape for discharging the organic material, and a substrate(128) for depositing the organic material. An organic material removing unit(150) is mounted at one side of the chamber(122), and removes the organic material deposited at the opened nozzle(134) of the vessel. |
