Process for preparing foam polyurethane shaped parts without use of fluorochlorinated hydrocarbons

In the present invention there is disclosed a process for preparing foam polyurethane shaped parts without use of fluorochlorinated hydrocarbons by reacting known starting materials reacting with polyurethane foam materials. The invented preparation process is characterized by employing carbamates obtainable from aliphatic aminoalcohols and carbon dioxide as a swelling agent, in addition to another swelling agent. The preparation process is suitable particularly for preparing coverings of steering wheels, spoilers and protective padding of internal spaces of cars by making use of the foam material as well as for producing soles optionally shoe parts.
