Organosiloxane comprises a triamino group(s) bonded via a 1-4C N-bound alkylene and an Si-C bound fluoroalkyl group(s) to give low viscosity and long-term storage stability. Organosiloxane comprises a triamino group(s) of formula (I) bonded via a 1-4C N-bound alkylene and an Si-C bound fluoroalkyl group(s) of formula (II): (NHx(CH2)aNHy(CH2)bNHz)- (I) F3C(CF2)r(CH2)s- (II) a and b = 1-6; x = 0-2; y = 0 or 1; x+y+z = at most 4; r = 0-18; and s = 0 or 2. Independent claims are included for a composition comprising water and the above organosiloxane, the preparation of an organosiloxane-containing composition comprising an aminoalkyl alkoxysilane(s) of formula (IIIa) and/or (IIIb) and/or a bis product of formula (IIIc) and a fluoroalkyl alkoxysilane(s) of formula (IV), the obtained composition, triamino- and fluoroalkyl-organosiloxanes obtained as above and an agent containing the above organosiloxanes: NH2(CH2)2NH(CH2)2NH(CH2)2-3Si(R')j(OR)3-j (IIIa) (NH2(CH2)2)2NH(CH2)3Si(R')k(OR)3-k (IIIb) (NHx(CH2)aNHy(CH2)bNHz)( (CH2)cSi(R')d(OR)3-d)e (IIIc) F3C(CF2)r(CH2)sSi(R'')t(OR)3-t (IV) R, R' and R'' = 1-4C alkyl; j and k = 0 or 1; a and b = 1-6; c = 1-4; d = 0 or 1; e = 1-5; x = 0-2; y = 0 or 1; z = 0-2; x+y+z = at most 4; e = 5 when x+y+z is 0, is 4 when x+y+z is 11, is 3 when x+y+z is 2, is 2 when x+y+z is 3 and is 1 when x+y+z is 4; r = 0-18; s = 0 or 2; and t = 0 or 1.
