PURPOSE: A printer integrated with scanner is provided to reduce the size of the equipment, simplify the scanning operation of a flat bed scanner, and prevent inferior printing. CONSTITUTION: A printer integrated with scanner includes a main body of the equipment(10), a feeding cassette installed in the inner lower side of the main body for loading manuscripts and papers, a flat bed plate(11) rotatably installed in the upper plane of the main body for setting the manuscripts and papers to be scanned and printed, a feeding unit installed in the upper part of the feeding cassette for feeding the loaded manuscripts and papers to the flat bed plate, a setting unit associated with the feeding unit for setting the manuscripts and papers in the flat bed plate, a carrier having an ink head performing scanning and printing operation in the upper plane of the manuscripts and the papers and a carrier unit(50) having a scanner module, a moving element moving the carrier unit toward the assistant scanning direction on the flat bed plate, and discharging element installed at the side in which the manuscripts and the papers discharged to the main body for discharging the manuscripts and the papers having been completed scanning and printing.
