RECTIFIER FOR MOTOR AND FABRICATION METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A rectifier for motor and a fabrication method of the same are provided to remove the gaps between electrode pieces, thereby reducing the wear rate of brushless due to the corners of the electrode pieces. CONSTITUTION: A fabrication method of the rectifier for motor comprises: a first step arraying plural contact pieces along internal surface of a cylindrical injection mold with constant gap between the pieces; a second step inserting a core into the center between the pieces and injecting liquid insulator into the gaps between the pieces; and a third step mounting a rectifier formed in the second step to a cylindrical cutter to finishing its outer surface so that the insulator filled into the gaps can be cut with a same diameter as the rectifier.
