PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive pressure ventilation device, effectively preventing or restricting the infiltration of poisonous substances, such as pollen and the like, into a room through the clearances of a housing and capable of carrying out smooth control of air quality through the humidification, purification and ventilation of indoor air. SOLUTION: A positive pressure ventilation device is provided with a fan 8 for sucking outdoor air, as well as indoor air and a moisture adsorbing element 2 for adsorbing moisture to absorb the adsorbed moisture into air, while the moisture adsorbing element 2 is provided with a moisture adsorbing area 4, a pre-heating area 5 and a humidifying area 6. According to this method, there are provided a positive pressure air supplying and cleaning mode for supplying outdoor air, sucked by the fan 8 into a room, a humidifying mode for discharging the outdoor air to the outside of the device after passing through the moisture adsorbing area of the moisture adsorbing element, for passing the indoor air through the preheating area of the moisture adsorbing element to return the same after heating and for passing through a humidifying area, and an exhaust mode for discharging the indoor air to the outside of the device.
