PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of completing a plastic product such as a toy and accessories enclosed with air by sealing a feeding port of air after introducing air without using a stopper. SOLUTION: A hollow bag body 4, made of a thermoplastic sheet and having an arbitrary shape in which only a feeding port 5 of air is opened, is formed. After air is introduced into the inside of the hollow bag body 4, a pressing plate 10 is abutted on the mouth part of the feeding port 5 of air in the outer surface of the hollow bag body 4 and the feeding port 5 of air is sealed. In this state, metal fittings for welding are brought into contact with the part on the outside of the sealed position in the feeding port 5 of air and plastic sheets 2, 3 are welded and thereby the feeding port 5 of air is sealed.
