Colorants containing 4-amino-2( (diethylamino) methyl)phenol and their use for coloring keratin fibers

The invention relates to agents for coloring fibers containing keratin. Said agents contain 4-amino-2-((diethylamino)methyl)phenol as the developer component and 2-amino-3-hydroxypyridin as the coupler component. The inventive agents produce coloring results that are characterised by excellent light- and shampoo-fastness, especially in the yellow-orange range.
