PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornamental fitting mounting device for bag with which the design of an ornamental fitting visible from the outside can be changed corresponding to the purpose of a user and the use range of the bag can be widened by making the ornamental fitting invisible from the outside as well. SOLUTION: Mutually different front side design 11 and rear side design 12 are applied to a body 10 of ornamental fitting. At the upper part of the body 10 of ornamental fitting, a rod member 20 is fixed while being supported by a rotating member 40 so as to be freely turned. The rotating member 40 is arranged on a fixed plate 30, which is fixed on the lid part of the bag, so as to be freely turned by a shaft member 31.
