PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate stable high voltage by deriving a second signal from high voltage and supplying a measure against the dynamic load of a high voltage transformer. SOLUTION: An auxiliary wire W4 takes out a signal which supplies a static control voltage component and which corresponds to the value of high voltage HV which is not applied to a load. Signals supplied from capacitive voltage dividers C1 and C2 supply measures against the dynamic load of a high voltage transformer TR and supply speedy control information against high voltage closed loop control. The two signals are supp;ied to a differential amplifier DA. The output voltage of the differential amplifier DA forms control voltage UR. A signal AC can be used for correcting the east/west of a picture. Thus, the first signal DC supplies the static control voltage component and the second signal AC supplies a measure against the dynamic load of the high voltage transformer TR.
