PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to surely and exactly pickup up piano tones by rigidly connecting a sound source member, such as a soundboard of a piano, a fixing member, such as a cast iron plate, and a pickup device body and picking up the vibrating force thus generated. SOLUTION: This pickup device consists of a sensor member 1 which has a first contact member 2 coming into contact with the fixing member, such as the cast iron plate of the piano body, and a second contact member 3 coming into contact with a sound source member C, and a length adjusting mechanism 4 which is disposed at one or both of the first contact member 2 or the second contact member 3. The vibrating force acted on the fixing member B and the sound source member C is converted to electric signals which are outputted. |
