PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle elevating/lowering device in which a working vehicle can smoothly travel on tracks different in height installed in a shield tunnel, and no troubles are given in the excavation work. SOLUTION: A working vehicle elevating/lowering device 10 provided with a hydraulic jack 15a to change the height of a vehicle body is installed between a track 12a on ties 11 and a track 12b on an invert 13. A track 12c to temporarily place a working vehicle 27 by connecting the track 12a on the ties to the track 12b on the invert is provided on the vehicle body.
