PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillar structure capable of easily preventing the comming- off of an anchor portion and allowing the use of PC steel strand for PC member. SOLUTION: This is a synthetic structure of a steel pipe 2 and concrete and is a pillar structure where an unbonded PC material is arranged in a steel pipe 2 and anchor devices are located at both the ends of the PC material. Therefore, the PC material uses a PC steel strand 5, and the anchor device comprises anchor tool 4 for anchoring the end portion of PC material, an anchor disc 42 for contacting to and supporting the anchor tool 4 and a pushing plate 43 for cramping the other of the anchor tool 4 in cooperation with the anchor disc 42.
