The invention provides hair treatment compositions such as conditioning hair rinses, which have the effect of relaxing wavy hair, and which comprise a conditioning surfactant, a fatty alcohol material, a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant and a sulphite and/or bisulphite hair reducing system. The compositions have a thick, creamy rheology and show improved resistance to phase separation. |
