PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sink apparatus which dispenses with provision of a drainage conduit along a ceiling surface of a downstairs balcony or the like, facilitates cleaning of a trap, and therefore is fit to be arranged in a balcony or the like. SOLUTION: A sink apparatus is constructed by setting a trap 3 inside a hollow pedestal 1 having its upper end opened, connecting a drainage pipe 6 to an outflow port 3b of the trap, detachably mounting a sink main body 2 having a bottom 2a in which a drainage port 2c is formed, on the pedestal 1, and arranging the drainage port 2c in an inflow port of the trap 3. The trap 3 is set inside the pedestal 1, and therefore provision of a drainage conduit along a ceiling surface of a downstairs balcony or the like is dispensed with. Further, by detaching the sink main body 2, cleaning of the trap 3 can be easily carried out.
