PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To push out slip prevention members and spikes when snow exists on a road and to put the slip prevention members and spikes at same level as a tire surface or pull those in when snow or ice does not exist on a road. SOLUTION: After T-shaped cross section grooves or bores are arranged at a peripheral part 2 of a tire, T-shaped cross section slip prevention members 9 are arranged in the grooves. Some of flexible pushing-out pipes 7, 11 are arranged inside a side board part 3 and flexible pulling-in pipes 8, 10 are arranged outside the side board part 3. Board-attached-spikes 27G are arranged in the T-shaped cross section bores. Flexible pushing out bags 25G are arranged inside a board part 28G and flexible pulling-in bags are arranged outside the board part 28G. Fluid is charged in or discharged from the pushing-out pipes 7, 11 or the pulling-in pipes 8, 11. The slip prevention members 9 are thereby pushed out or pulled in by expansion of each flexible pipe. Also, Fluid is charged in or discharged from the pushing-out bags or the pulling-in bags. The spike are thereby pushed out or pulled in by expansion of each bag.
