PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document managing method capable of automatically relating related documents including the latest related document to individual documents as intended. SOLUTION: In the document managing method capable of relating one document with the other document and managing them, in the case that a step S2: a message to ask for an instruction of a relating condition to relate the related document to a document to be registered is displayed, a step 3: the relating condition is instructed by an operating part by a user when the document is registered, a step S4: inputted relating condition information is acquired by a system control part, the acquired relating condition information is registered in a relating table as document attribute information of the document and after that, the related document is automatically related according to the relating condition information. |
